Naomi Hoyer, DVM, Diplomate AVDC
Naomi Hoyer is a Board Certified Veterinary Dentist™, Assistant Professor of Dentistry and Oral Surgery and Dentistry Service Leader at Colorado State University’s James L Voss Veterinary Teaching Hospital. She graduated from CSU with her DVM in 2002 and worked in general practice for 10 years before pursuing specialty training in dentistry. She became board certified in 2017. She left private practice in 2018 to begin teaching because of her passion for dentistry education. Her professional interests include congenital maxillofacial defects and regional anesthesia. When she’s not admiring teeth, she is spending time with her family, running, hiking, reading or knitting!
