Dr. Julie Tomlinson

Dr. Julie Tomlinson is a graduate of Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine.  She completed an internship in small animal medicine and surgery at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland, Florida prior to returning to Mississippi State University for a residency in clinical pathology.  She joined the faculty at Mississippi State University as a clinical instructor following her clinical pathology residency and was also a clinical pathology lecturer at Iowa State University as well as a relief veterinarian for a feline specialty practice in Madison, Alabama.  She provided clinical pathology locum services for Gribbles Veterinary  laboratories in New Zealand and afterwards joined the clinical pathology staff at Gribbles.   She joined the staff at Lacuna Diagnostics and subsequently joined Heska in February 2021.  Dr. Tomlinson is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in clinical pathology.
