Jennifer Steinberg DVM
Dr. Jennifer Steinberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Integrative physiology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 and her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001. After completing a rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City, she went on to obtain her residency training in clinical pathology at Colorado State University and Tufts University. Jennifer achieved board certification in clinical pathology in 2005 and has taught at the veterinary schools at Tufts University, University of Pennsylvania, and Lincoln Memorial University. Dr. Steinberg has contributed chapters to several veterinary textbooks on cytology, hematology and diagnostic techniques. She worked as a diagnostic pathologist for Idexx laboratories for 11 and half years prior to joining Lacuna diagnostics/Heska telecytology services. Dr. Steinberg is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Pathologists in clinical pathology.
